If we live long enough, we will each journey through our senior years and one day need the assistance of others for our daily basic care. Pauline Transition House is a residential personal care home licensed by the State of Georgia to provide daily assistance and supervision for residence with mild disabilities.
Although we serve adults 18+, most of our residents are seniors. Our services are sought for a variety of reasons; however we are most often selected to care for those who can simply no longer care for themselves, homeless or are on the verge of homelessness. Without support many are afraid that they may fall, become ill, forget to take their medications or they have lost the ability to just manage daily tasks unassisted. PTH provides a dependable, safe, loving environment that cares for the whole person, uplifting each residents, and helping them to remain positive and encouraged about life.
